The WAITING TIME consists of:

• ORDER PROCESSING TIME by our Customer Service Department
• DELIVERY TIME by DPD courier for domestic shipments.
• The standard ORDER PROCESSING TIME is from 2 to 5 business days.

Attention! Please note that our suppliers do NOT work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

• DELIVERY TIME by DPD courier (within Poland) is 24 hours on business days (packages are NOT delivered on Saturdays). If the courier does not find the recipient at the address, they will leave a notice with a request to call and arrange a new delivery time. Please pay special attention to correctly filling in the address details. We recommend that working individuals provide their company address for DELIVERY to ensure quicker identification of the delivery location and expedite the delivery process.
