The preparation is not recommended for pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers.

Adults:2x a day, 40 drops (2x 2ml) 30 minutes before a meal

The maximum daily dose is 4 ml (80 drops) for adults. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
