Regulations

  1. In order to place an order, the Customer has to fill in the address form and send it to us clicking „ORDER”.

  2. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed since the morning of the next business day. Phone orders will be accepted from Monday to Friday between 9.00 a.m. and 17.00 p.m.

  3. We reserve the right to withdraw chosen products from sale without giving reasons.

  4. Prices of the products in our on-line shop are in the Polish zlotys and include VAT.

  5. We issue VAT invoices.

  6. It is possible to collect shopping personally in our company in Lublin – payment in cash.

  7. Orders with foreign shipping are executed by Poczta Polska, shipping costs are based on their price list. It is possible to individually establish a cost of foreign shipping depending on the weight and value of the ordered goods. In such a case, please write to the following address: biuro@inventfarm.pl. The option of payment on delivery does not apply to foreign consignments.

Protection of personal data

Invent Farm Ltd. is committed to protecting personal data pursuant to the Personal Protection Act dated August 29th, 1997. Under this Act, our customers have the right to inspect and correct their personal details as well as to demand to stop their use for marketing purposes.

Returns

Complaints concerning mechanical damages that occurred during transportation will be processed only on the basis of the complaint form written with a DPD courier. Complaints concerning an incompatibility of delivery with ordered goods shall be reported to our Customer Service. Phone number: (081) 742 94 16 on business days from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Complaints concerning the differences in appearance of delivery which may result from inappropriately set screen parameters, do not constitute the grounds for returning goods.

Shipping

We put great emphasis on minimizing of the time You wait for our products.

WAITING TIME consists of:

  • TIME OF ORDER PROCESSING by our Customer Service
  • DELIVERY TIME of a consignment by a DPD courier with domestic parcels. STANDARD TIME of order processing and delivery amounts from 2 to 5 business days. Please note that our deliverers DO NOT work on Saturdays, Sundays and weekends.
  • TIME OF THE PARCEL DELIVERY by a DPD courier (in the territory of Poland) equals 24 hours on business days (parcels ARE NOT delivered at weekends). If an addressee is absent at the place of delivery, a courier will leave a note with a request for a phone call in order to fix another date of parcel delivery. Please pay attention to careful completion of address details. We suggest that working people give an address of their workplace, which will considerably accelerate delivery time.
